I was curious if you ever considered changing the structure of your website? Its very well written; I love what youve got to say. But maybe you could a little more in the way of content so people could connect with it better. Youve got an awful lot of text for only having 1 or 2 images. Maybe you could space it out better?|
Lot of upgrades coming in 2017. Hang tight.
@james_chillcott hopefully one of them is hiring someone to respond to support emails and give me access to the damn forums. 🙂
Seriously though. 2 months of subscription down the drain since no access and Joshua doesn’t even respond to the 35 emails/support tickets ive sent in. Scam?
This is at least the fifth time somebody has complained about this. Is the process not automated or something? It sounds like something that should be fixed months ago. Not a good thing if people are still having problems with this.
Hi there. Joshua has been on sick leave for months. I’m the most responsive staffer by far, and I can easily set you up with forum access. Ping me on Twitter via @mtgcritic and I’ll get you taken care of.
